Before Rocco Santurri can speak intelligently about the products and services that might be appropriate for you and your family, he needs to get to know you. And, before you can feel comfortable sharing your goals and dreams, you need to get to know your network representative.

Originally from Rhode Island, Rocco moved to San Diego in October of 2004 after a long and diverse path. Rocco attended Salve Regina University for his undergraduate studies, completing a triple major of Economics, Politics and European History. Additionally, Rocco earned varsity letters in both NCAA football and basketball, winning conference championships in both sports. Individually, Rocco earned All-Conference honors in Football, and was awarded the University-wide Brother Michael’s Distinguished Scholar-Athlete Award after his senior year. Rocco also was a member of Sigma Phi Sigma, attended The Fund for American Studies, participated in the Reserve Officer Training Corps program, and studied at both Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and Charles University, in Prague, The Czech Republic.   After graduation, Rocco traveled to Graz, Austria under contract as a player-coach for the Styrian Longhorns of the Austrian International Football League.  After two successful seasons, he returned to the States and ended his playing career. 

After several years of employment as a nightclub manager, Rocco joined The Northwestern in March of 2007. In addition to being a full-time Financial Representative, Rocco proudly serves as a Reservist in the United States Army with the 416th Civil Affairs Battaltion, stationed here in San Diego.  He currently services a client base in several states as well as internationally. Rocco is also a volunteer participant of Junior Achievement, a program that teaches elementary grade students about the financial services industry profession as well as basic economic principles that relate to them and their families.

Currently, Rocco lives in Coronado, CA, and enjoys music, reading, writing, politics, history, staying fit, playing sports, outdoor activities, and following his hometown teams, the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins. He is also a fan of The History Channel, The Military Channel, Discovery, National Geographic, South Park and Family Guy.
